Marketing consultant

Drive our online marketing campaigns AND share your skills with our clients!

XRM Vision is looking for a digital marketing professional with a strong interest in data analysis to maximize the business impacts of marketing initiatives. Working with our teams of CRM experts, you will participate in the development of best in class digital marketing strategies to help build performance oriented marketing campaigns both for us and our clients.


The role

-Find the balance between the marketing execution and the strategy
-Develop and manage XRM Vision’s inbound marketing strategies
-Develop internal best practices which can be replicate on clients’ mandates
-Create a bridge between BI and marketing to make data actionable
-Use leading edge marketing automation tools to execute and manage inbound marketing campaigns
-Develops contents such as articles, videos and web campaigns;
-Work with multiple strategist and CRM experts to get inspired
-Coordinate the work of subcontractors required to deliver the final product


Your experience

-Experience managing digital inbound and social campaigns (e.g. blog, LinkedIn,)
-Technical abilities to configure and navigate marketing automation tools

-Understand CRM database structure
-Strong understanding of CRM technologies, experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or Sugar CRM is a plus
-Ability to manage inbound marketing campaigns using ClickDimensions, Hootsuite, Oktopost, Eventbrite
-Strong bilingual writing skills


Our ideal profile

-Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, ecommerce, or any related field
-3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong interest in inbound marketing and B2B strategies
-Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
-Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
-CRM Application and ClickDimensions certifications are a plus


Account Manager

Working closely with the VP Business Development, you’ll be responsible for identifying and assisting organizations in their strategic thinking on customer management to position XRM Vision’s expertise on CRM solutions and professional services.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Canvass accounts in the assigned territory;
  • Develop professional services and business solutions sales for the assigned territory;
  • Determine the customer management needs of potential and current clients to recommend XRM Vision’s services, products and business solutions;
  • Complete transactions successfully by managing the sales cycle with our commercial partners and influencers;
  • Develop sales strategies for assigned accounts and opportunities;
  • Keep the pipeline and opportunities management system (CRM) up to date;
  • Actively participate in business development activities with the other sales team members;
  • Maintain relationships with clients to gage their satisfaction, answer inquiries or to resolve any issues;
  • Develop an expertise of the CRM market.

Desired Skills and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s and/or post-graduate studies in an appropriate field;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with CRM and/or in business solutions sales;
  • Bilingual (French and English);
  • You own a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

Working closely with the Project Manager and the Solutions Architect, you will carry out any development and implementation of any and all necessary components for the integration of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application on behalf of our clients. You will also support the Solutions Architect and the Business Analyst in implementing the basic customizations within  standard Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Depending on the scale of the projects you will be assigned to, you may be involved in multiple projects simultaneously.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Provide the main consultant with high level solutions and evaluations
  • Provide support to the main consultant on the initial plan as well delivery alternatives
  • Complete development tasks as assigned (jscript, CRM customization, Web extension modules)
  • Develop unit tests
  • Monitor and support data conversions and their integration to third-party systems
  • Take part in the technical team vetting committees and concept & development revisions
  • Prepare any documentation necessary to support any completed development
  • Provide technical support to clients

Desired Skills and Expertise

  • Bachelor in information technology or software engineering
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a consultant
  • Minimum 5 years experience in IT as a .NET developer
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Good knowledge of the following: .Net Framework (3.5, 4.0), JavaScript, SQL (Microsoft, Oracle), XML, JavaScript, HTML


  • Certified and/or experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Certified and/or experience with Scribe Software

CRM Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics CRM

As CRM/XRM Consultant, you will be tasked with accomplishing multiple business and functional analyses, as well as applicative configurations within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team which will determine which solutions will best support, from a functional point of view, our clients business needs. You’ll be working closely with the Project Manager and the members of the development and infrastructure team. Depending on the project scope, you may also be assigned to multiple projects.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Carry out and chronicle the analysis of the client’s needs and business processes
  • Guide our clients towards defining and documenting their needs and business processes
  • Configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM in order to satisfy our clients business needs
  • Set up implementation strategies
  • Support our clients during the acceptance and deployment phase
  • Support systems testing activities
  • Take part in the refinement of processes and analyses methodology
  • Support the implementation team
  • Any other connected tasks

Expertise and experience

  • Bachelor in information technology and/or administration and/or software engineering
  • 3 years experience as a business analyst
  • Minimum 3 years as a consultant
  • Experience with CRM solutions
  • Available to work on-site with customers
  • Experience implementing software packages
  • Perfectly bilingual (written and spoken English & French)
