Our team continues to grow: XRM Vision welcomes Kim Mac Dermott in the title of solution architect

XRM Vision continues to grow! We are proud to introduce Kim Mac Dermott, who has joined our beautiful team as a solution architect. With almost 20 years of experience in the CRM field and Microsoft products, Kim brings a solid background to XRM Vision. Over the course of her career, she applied her skills while working with major industry players such as NEWAD, Createch Group and CGI. She played several consecutive roles such as Microsoft consultant, chief developer and finally solution architect. It seems her path was paved for her to join forces with us. Her expertise in both management and information technology has allowed Kim to quickly build her reputation in the CRM field which became her specialization. Following her initial training in computer science, she perfected her management skills at the “École des Hautes études commerciales” (HEC) and obtained a diploma in computer science for managers. Having a passion for finding new ways of optimizing processes, this solution architect also loves calculating the best strategies on a baseball field. You might find her with a bat in hand this summer! Keeping the theme of baseball, it is with a “hit” of happiness that we welcome Kim amongst us!
